We are looking forward to hire Microsoft Dynamics CRM Professionals in the following areas :

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions using Dynamics 365 Sales and PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven apps).


• Customize and configure Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, business rules, and plug-ins.


• Integrate Power Platform components with external systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and custom connectors.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.


• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides.


• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.


• Implement best practices for solution design, security, and data governance within the Power Platform ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales module.


• Strong proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.


• Experience with JavaScript, C#, . NET, and RESTful APIs.


• Familiarity with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus.


• Solid understanding of CRM customization, security roles, and solution management.


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
