Contractor - EBS HRMS Techno Functional

The Oracle Apps HCM OTL Team Lead with Oracle Timesheet in Mobile Apps is expected to have a minimum of 8 years of experience in EBS HRMS OTL as a Team Lead. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in EBS HRMS Techno Functional OTL, including experience in OTL Mobile App. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively collaborating with UK clients. Responsibilities of the role include understanding the current application HCL OTL Module Setups for Oracle EBS version 12.2.10 for HCM OTL modules and Timesheet. The candidate must be capable of supporting OTL setup and related configurations, analyzing EBS HRMS interfaces, and reviewing user setup issues. Customization tasks such as modifying the layout by adding or modifying fields like Start Time, Stop Time, Comments, etc., and adding or modifying rules or business logic in the OTL Mobile App are also part of the job scope. Additionally, the Team Lead should be proficient in debugging issues and providing solutions for HCL OTL Module modules. Requirement gathering from stakeholders for new features and functionalities, coordinating with Oracle and Business for Oracle SRs, and performing impact analysis and detailed solution design are crucial responsibilities. Furthermore, the candidate should conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Documentation plays a key role in this position, as the candidate must create documentation for requirement gatherings, use cases, and test scripts. Moreover, the Team Lead should be able to facilitate the handover to production support and assist in identifying repetitive issues to propose permanent solutions for production support.,
