We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, a passion for coding, and a keen interest in working in a financial product-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems using Java.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Optimize application performance and ensure secure coding practices.
• Work with databases (relational and NoSQL) for data storage and management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and agile processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in backend development using Java.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and Web Services.
• Proficiency in working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Good understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is an added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
