Contract Risk Management - MRU

Role Overview: As a Contract Risk Management professional at HENG-Heavy Engineering in Surat, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing, PMG, SCM, F&A, Insurance, Taxation, and Legal for work-related activities. You will conduct Pre-bid, Execution, and Close-out Risk Reviews, maintain their Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) and Risk Registers, and ensure effective communication and reporting with the Corporate Risk Management Team. Additionally, you will assist Marketing, Contract, and Project Managers in bidding and contract management functions, review commercial terms and conditions, and provide support on contractual and legal matters concerning clients and vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with internal departments for work-related activities - Conduct Pre-bid, Execution, and Close-out Risk Reviews - Assist in bidding and contract management functions - Support Business Teams in handling client/vendor disputes and claims - Review and implement internal SOPs of Contract & Risk Management - Conduct internal audits on the implementation of SOPs and Policies Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Engineering (BE) Additional Company Details: You will be expected to possess commercial acumen, overall business process understanding, and a flair for learning contractual and legal terms.
