Company : Schneider Electric Location: Mohali Contract Hiring 6 days working [ work from Office] JD Responsibilities: Responsible for end-to-end customer support for order execution and fulfilment as per standard delivery agreements Support the customers on Calls/Emails /Chat for all the Pre and Post sales order related queries and provide resolution. Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM(Salesforce) Coordination with partners and other stakeholders in routine for order execution within SLA. Provide seller panel training to newly onboarded sellers on our website. Provide feedback to the internal teams on customer needs and suggestions for website improvements. Platform transactions and order payment validation and its management. Expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and (Optional- Salesforce) Support Customers on Calls/ E-Mails / Chat. Coordinate with Various Internal Team for E2E order / Delivery as per customer request
