Role & responsibilities

Rate Analysis & BOQ Preparation
: Conducted rate analysis for major works to assess cost implications and prepared Bills of Quantities (BOQ), including amending work orders as needed.
Cost Analysis & Financial Reporting:
Analysis and preparation of Cost to Complete and monthly margin reports for the management understanding.
Billing Management:
Preparation and monitoring of Client Bills, PRW & Sub contractor Bills, Reconciliation, and Quantity Estimate.

Ratios:
Generating various Project

Ratio and implementing corrective action in case of underutilization

of resources.

Value Engineering:
Value engineering with various analysis of materials & methodology.
