Contract & Billing Engineer

Job Description You will be responsible for understanding detailed specifications of projects and preparing contracts for multiple scopes of work. Additionally, you will prepare and verify client bills, subcontractor bills, and vendor bills as per contract terms. You will also coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients for work measurement and bill certification. It will be your duty to verify quantities, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and rate analysis for billing accuracy. Furthermore, you will assist in budget preparation, cost control, and project financial tracking, ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations. Your role will involve estimating materials, equipment, and labor needed for construction activities, as well as securing resources needed to facilitate completion and delivery of projects. You will also visit project sites during construction to monitor progress and consult with contractors and on-site engineers. Qualification Required - Experience with Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Quantity Surveying - Strong Analytical Skills and capability in Rate Analysis - Familiarity with Billing Systems and procedures - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively on-site in Mumbai - Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred - Experience in the real estate or construction industry,
