Contract & Billing Engineer

As a Quantity Surveyor at Mirchandani Group, your responsibilities will include: - Understanding detailed project specifications and preparing contracts for multiple scopes of work. - Preparing and verifying client bills, subcontractor bills, and vendor bills as per contract terms. - Coordinating with site engineers, contractors, and clients for work measurement and bill certification. - Verifying quantities, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and rate analysis for billing accuracy. - Assisting in budget preparation, cost control, and project financial tracking. - Ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations. - Estimating materials, equipment, and labor needed for construction activities and securing resources required for project completion. - Visiting project sites during construction to monitor progress and consult with contractors and on-site engineers. Qualifications required for this role: - Experience with Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Quantity Surveying. - Strong analytical skills and capability in rate analysis. - Familiarity with billing systems and procedures. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work effectively on-site in Mumbai. - A degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred. - Experience in the real estate or construction industry.
