Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and creative Continental Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a wide variety of continental dishes and quick bites such as pizza, burgers, sandwiches, and a range of beverages including tea, coffee, shakes, and mocktails. You should be passionate about food presentation, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a wide range of continental dishes, including but not limited to pasta, grilled items, pizzas, and burgers. Create and serve high-quality tea and coffee (espresso-based and traditional). Make refreshing mocktails, milkshakes, smoothies, and other cold beverages. Prepare fresh and tasty sandwiches and quick bites following hygiene and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen according to food safety standards. Ensure consistent food quality, portion control, and timely service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours Innovate and contribute to menu development with new recipes and ideas. Monitor inventory and assist in kitchen stock management. Requirements:Proven experience as a Continental Cook or in a similar role. Ability to handle hot and cold beverages, including mocktails and shakes. Expertise in making pizza, burgers, sandwiches, and light snacks. Knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices. Good time management and multitasking skills. Passion for food and creativity in presentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Basic understanding of English or local language for kitchen communication.
