Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Continental Cook to prepare high-quality dishes in accordance with our restaurant’s recipes and standards. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of continental cuisine, including sauces, meats, pastas, and plated presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present a wide variety of continental dishes including Italian, French, Mediterranean, and American cuisines.
Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with company standards.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen.
Monitor stock levels and communicate with the store/kitchen manager for necessary supplies.
Assist in the creation of new menu items and contribute to recipe development.
Ensure proper handling and storage of food to prevent spoilage or contamination.
Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation during busy service hours.
Comply with all health and safety regulations and food handling standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
