Job Description

  • Assist in Food Preparation
  • Help in chopping, cutting, marinating, and portioning ingredients for continental dishes.
  • Support Cooking Activities
  • Cook basic items like soups, sauces, pasta, salads, and grilled items under supervision.
  • Follow Recipes and Instructions
  • Maintain consistency and taste by following standardized recipes and chef instructions.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene
  • Keep the kitchen area, equipment, and workstation clean and sanitized at all times.
  • Basic Plating and Presentation
  • Assist in garnishing and presenting dishes in a professional manner.
  • Stock and Inventory Assistance
  • Monitor ingredient levels and inform seniors about requirements or shortages.
  • Ensure Food Safety Standards
  • Follow all food safety guidelines including storage temperatures, labeling, and expiry checks.
  • Collaborate with Kitchen Team
  • Work smoothly with other chefs, helpers, and service staff for timely service.
  • Continuous Learning
  • Learn new techniques, cuisines, and kitchen operations from senior chefs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
