Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Continental Chef de Partie (CDP) to manage the continental section of our kitchen. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of continental cuisine, leadership skills to manage junior chefs, and the ability to maintain high food standards in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the continental section of the kitchen, including grills, pasta, sauces, soups, and baked items. Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest quality and consistency. Supervise and train Commis I & II, ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Maintain mise-en-place and ensure all items are prepared before service. Control portion sizes, reduce wastage, and maintain cost efficiency. Ensure hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness as per FSSAI standards. Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in menu planning and introduce new continental dishes. Coordinate with the service team for timely food delivery during peak hours.
