Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Conti Chef role located in Chennai. The Conti Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality continental dishes, ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly during service hours. Duties include collaborating with the culinary team to design new menu items, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, managing kitchen inventory, and training junior kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Expertise in preparing and presenting continental cuisine
• Strong culinary skills, including menu planning and food presentation
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
• Inventory management and ordering
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in training and supervising kitchen staff
• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant is a plus
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
