Content/Marketing Manager

Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Content/Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in marketing with a strong understanding of content creation and storytelling, particularly in SaaS, fintech , or product-based companies . You will be responsible for crafting and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness. This role is 70% focused on marketing strategy and execution , and 30% on content development . Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to build brand awareness and generate leads Drive and manage all marketing channels - digital, email, social media, events, and partnerships Plan and oversee content marketing initiatives (blogs, newsletters, case studies, etc.) aligned with our brand voice and business goals Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI across platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and design Manage external vendors and agencies (when needed) for marketing execution Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities Support product launches, webinars, and community engagement initiatives Requirements 4-6 years of hands-on experience in marketing and content roles Prior experience working with SaaS, fintech , or product-based companies is mandatory Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and campaign management Excellent communication and storytelling skills Ability to work independently and lead end-to-end marketing projects A strategic thinker with attention to detail and execution Passion for sustainability and climate tech is a plus What We Offer Opportunity to work in a purpose-driven climate tech company A collaborative, innovative, and impact-oriented work environment Competitive salary and growth opportunities
