Job Summary

XLNC Exotic Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our night-shift team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and accurate content for international audiences. This role requires strong English writing skills, research ability, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining consistent content quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and produce well-structured content for websites, blogs, marketing materials, and customer platforms
• Write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct content tailored for international readers
• Edit and proofread existing content for accuracy, clarity, and tone
• Collaborate with team leads to maintain brand voice and content standards
• Optimize content using relevant keywords for SEO
• Organize and update content as required
• Meet daily or weekly content targets and deadlines

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent command of English grammar and vocabulary
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to research and develop unique, informative content
• Basic understanding of SEO, keyword usage, and content optimization
• Ability to work independently during night shift hours
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Prior experience as a content writer is preferred but not mandatory
