Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality content for blogs, websites, case studies, whitepapers, product pages, and technical documentation.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and marketers to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
• Research industry trends, competitor content, and emerging technologies to create relevant and up-to-date articles.
• Optimize content for SEO using relevant keywords and best practices.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and style across all written content.
• Review and revise existing content for clarity, accuracy, and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in the software, IT, or SaaS domain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of technical topics such as software development, cloud computing, APIs, databases, cybersecurity, etc.
• Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and writing tools (e.g., Grammarly, Google Docs).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, English, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience writing for B2B audiences.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies or DevOps practices.
• Portfolio showcasing published work in the technology/software space.
