Content Writer & Strategist

You will be responsible for managing and growing the social media presence for India Running and all race accounts. Your role will involve crafting and executing engaging content strategies for race-related social media accounts, driving community engagement, and showcasing the spirit of running and fitness. - **Content Strategy & Planning:** - Come up with content strategies, visualize your plan, create content, and execute it successfully. - Create a well-planned calendar aligning with race schedules, brand objectives, and audience interests. - Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to align content with marketing and event objectives. - **Content Creation & Management:** - Write, edit, and oversee the creation of engaging social media posts, race updates, visuals, and stories. - Coordinate with designers and video editors to bring your vision to life. - Conduct live social media coverage of events. - **Community Engagement:** - Monitor audience interactions and build relationships via social media. - Encourage user-generated content and feature inspiring stories of runners. - **Analytics & Optimization:** - Track social media performance, identify areas of improvement, and optimize strategies. - Adjust content based on insights to enhance engagement. - **Trendspotting:** - Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate viral content into your strategy. **Key Requirements:** - Sportsperson or fitness enthusiast with experience in content writing/strategy. - Strong understanding of social media platforms. - Proficiency in storytelling. - Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva and Adobe Suite is a plus. - Passion for fitness, running, or endurance sports. - Willingness to attend on-ground events and races. - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. **What We Offer:** - Opportunity to work with a passionate team in the fitness and endurance space. - Hands-on involvement in exciting running events in India. - Dynamic and inclusive work environment.
