Content Writer Sr Associate 1

The Content Team writers primary responsibility will be to create new and updated sales enablement content (e.g., web pages promoting specific RSM

services and solutions) in support of Marketing needs and objectives across the firms three lines of business: Assurance, Consulting and Tax.

The writer will also be responsible for creating and updating demand generation and content marketing content for the Tax and Assurance lines of business.

Day-to-day tasks include: leveraging Microsoft Copilot to develop and refine draft content; ensuring content projects adhere to Content processes and

workflows; using project management system to keep projects on schedule and communicate with Content colleagues and Marketing stakeholders.

The writer will also participate in regular calls with the appropriate Content and Marketing colleagues to discuss requirements and timing to initiate new

sales enablement projects.

Essential Duties

• Create sales enablement content for Assurance, Consulting and Tax lines of business, which includes meeting regularly with content team member(s) to define and scope content requests and determine web template and timing- 60%.
• Create demand generation and content marketing content for the Tax, Assurance and Consulting lines of business with direction from Content Tax and Assurance content leaders - 35%.
• Other duties as assigned - 5%.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in communications, English, marketing, journalism or
• related field OR a combination of related education and experience
• required

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

• Effective, skilled writer with command of English required
• Project management experience required
• Works well independently and with colleagues across different
• teams required
• Experience using generative AI to create content required
• Experience creating sales enablement content, such as collateral,
• client sales decks; product / service web page descriptions and
• demos preferred
• Understanding of professional services, specifically assurance, tax
• and consulting for businesses preferred

EXPERIENCE-

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, communications or related experience required
• Experience working within a professional services environment preferred Content marketing experience preferred

LEADERSHIP SKILLS (MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED)

• Demonstrates initiative and independent thinking in completing projects required
