Objective of the role:

We're looking for a Political Content Writer to create engaging, well-researched, and timely content on political topics for digital platforms. Must have strong writing skills in Marathi, Hindi & English also political awareness, and ability to simplify complex issues catering to a diverse audience.

Responsibilities:

• Create well-researched, fact-driven content on a variety of political topics, ensuring accuracy and relevancy for audiences.
• Write clear, persuasive, and engaging content in Marathi, Hindi & English for political campaigns, websites, social media platforms, blogs, and other digital channels.
• Develop political messaging that aligns with the candidates political objectives, values, and goals.
• Use the information from your research to update old publications to reflect recent political developments and trends
• Research political topics and keep up to date with current affairs, trends, and emerging issues within the political landscape.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content strategies that resonate with diverse political audiences.
• Monitor the impact of published content and adjust strategies as needed based on audience feedback and engagement metrics.

Qualifications & Skill Set:

• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Journalism, or any related field.
• Rich knowledge of political matters—trends, processes, figures, and administration
• Extensive knowledge of the industry standards and requirements for writing political content
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Marathi, Hindi & English
• Experience in full life cycle project management
• Proficiency in major digital and print platforms
• Good proofreading and self-editing skills
