Oziss is a premium D2C fashion brand specializing in high-quality linen and linen blends. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Social Media &

Content Marketing Manager to lead our organic growth efforts, create engaging content, and collaborate with performance

marketing to drive brand awareness and sales.

Job Description:

The Social Media & Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for content strategy, social media growth,

and creative storytelling to build Oziss’s organic audience and enhance its brand presence. 


The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in growing a fashion brand through compelling content, reels,

and conversational engagement, and can work closely with performance marketing to create high-converting ad content.

Key Responsibilities:

* Social Media Strategy & Growth:

* Develop and execute content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Blogs, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms to increase organic reach.

* Reels & Short-Form Video Content: Plan high-quality reels and videos. Basic editing and reel making required.

* Conversational & Community Content: Create engaging, two-way content (polls, Q&A, interactive stories) to boost engagement and brand loyalty.

* Content for Performance Marketing: Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to ideate, test, and

Optimise creative assets (videos, static ads, carousels) for paid campaigns.

* Brand Awareness & Storytelling: Craft compelling brand narratives, lifestyle-driven content, and influencer collaborations to enhance Oziss’s positioning.

* Influencer & UGC Strategy: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators to amplify reach and credibility.

* Analytics & Optimisation: Track performance metrics (engagement rates, organic reach, follower growth, video completion rates) and continuously refine content strategies.

* Trendspotting & Experimentation: Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and viral content opportunities to keep Oziss’s content fresh and relevant

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
