About The Role

What You’ll Do

• Write high-quality blogs, product descriptions, and social media content.
• Simplify complex SaaS/product workflows into easy-to-understand content.
• Assist in creating user guides, FAQs, release notes, and help articles.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and user needs.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure brand consistency.
• Proofread, edit, and improve existing content.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong writing and editing skills with excellent command of English.
• Basic understanding of SaaS/products, technology, or digital tools (preferred).
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into simple content.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with SEO basics is a plus.
• Previous internship or project experience in content writing is preferred (not mandatory).
