Content Writer Intern

We are seeking a strategic, research-driven Content Writer who can craft compelling narratives, manage end-to-end LinkedIn content calendars, and build a strong personal brand for senior executive leaders across industries. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heartsomeone who can translate leadership experiences, domain expertise, and strategic viewpoints into powerful content that influences CXOs, HR Heads, and industry communities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation – Long & Short Form

• Write high-quality LinkedIn posts, leadership insights, micro-stories, thread-style posts, and value-based content.
  
• Ghostwrite articles, POVs, newsletters, and scripts for senior executives.
  
• Convert complex business themes (GCC, BFSI, supply chain, HR, tech, transformation, etc.) into simple, engaging narratives.
  

2. Personal Branding Strategy

• Develop a content strategy aligned with each executive’s professional identity, target audience, and career goals.
  
• Build positioning frameworks (industry thought leadership / subject-matter expertise / leadership philosophy).
  
• Ensure tone of voice, storytelling, and thought leadership themes remain consistent across all content.
  

3. LinkedIn Page Management

• Manage posting schedules, hashtag strategy, community engagement, comment replies, and DM etiquette.
  
• Track analytics (reach, engagement, audience breakdown) to refine strategy.
  
• Research industry conversations and identify content hooks relevant to each leader.
  

4. Research & Insight Development

• Conduct deep-dive research on industry trends, leadership frameworks, case studies, and competitor brands.
  
• Translate inputs from interviews/conversations into crisp, compelling content.
  
• Maintain a repository of content ideas, stories, and weekly editorial calendars
