Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Write and publish high-quality articles, blogs, and news pieces related to technology trends, coding, career development, and IT industry updates.
• Conduct in-depth research on tech topics such as AI, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Programming Languages, Web Development, and emerging tech trends.
• Optimize content for SEO, including keyword research, meta tags, and proper formatting to improve organic visibility.
• Collaborate with editors, SEO experts, and the social media team to ensure content aligns with TechGig’s tone and audience needs.
• Update and refresh existing articles to maintain content relevance and accuracy.
• Adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining high editorial standards.
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in content writing, preferably in the technology or IT domain.
• Good understanding of SEO principles and experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Ability to write clear, engaging, and technically sound content.
• Familiarity with industry topics like coding, software development, data science, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, etc.
• Excellent command over English grammar, style, and writing mechanics.
• Strong research skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field.
