Content Writer - Convergence India

As a creative and tech-savvy content writer, your role will involve creating authentic, original, and plagiarism-free content covering various technology sectors such as artificial intelligence, telecom, fintech, startups, IoT, metaverse, and robotics. You will be contributing to Convergence India, which is India's leading technology and infrastructure expo driving digital innovation across telecom, media, IT, and smart solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Create authentic and un-plagiarised articles, news pieces, and features on tech, innovation, and industry trends. - Research and stay updated on sector news for timely coverage of key developments. - Edit and proofread content to maintain accuracy, tone, and readability. - Ensure content is SEO-friendly, well-structured, and properly formatted. - Maintain high editorial standards and cite credible sources. - Use CMS to upload and publish content on schedule. - Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to align content with brand goals and event promotions. Preferred Skills: - Proven experience covering technology and digital innovation topics. - Knowledge of AP style or other journalistic writing standards. - Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies for content promotion. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in journalism, content writing, or digital media. - Strong writing, editing, and research skills with a keen eye for detail. - Proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS platforms. - Excellent command of English (written and verbal). - Understanding of SEO principles and online audience engagement. - Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
