About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator & Writer to produce engaging content for various projects, marketing campaigns, and social media. You will support the sales and marketing teams by creating clear, attractive, and effective content that helps build the brands voice and identity.

Responsibilities

Write content for brochures, flyers, ads, websites, and social media
Create blogs, articles, captions, and marketing message
Update and maintain website content regularly
Ensure content is accurate, relevant, and appealing
Simplify complex information into easy-to-understand content
Support marketing campaigns with creative ideas
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand voice

Skills & Requirements

Graduate in BAMM
Strong writing and communication skills
Creative and able to simplify complex information
Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools (plus)
Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Knowledge of real estate terms (plus)
Portfolio of work is a must
