Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content writer to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies to drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and achieve marketing goals for our clients.
Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with clients' marketing objectives and target audience.

Identify and convert revenue opportunities for the agency by actively seeking upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.

Create and manage editorial calendars, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content across all digital channels (websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, etc.).

Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Collaborate with the design and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly content.

Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to client websites.

Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Stay up to date with the latest content marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively share knowledge with the team.

Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintains consistent voice and tone, and meets quality standards.

Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing strategic content recommendations.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. A relevant advanced degree is a plus.

Proven experience in content marketing, ideally in a digital agency setting.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of grammar and storytelling.

Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms.

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful content strategies across multiple digital channels.
