Job Title: Content Syndication Head

Locations: Hyderabad & Chennai (2 positions)

Employment Type: Full-time (candidates with a freelancing background also welcome but open to transitioning to full-time are welcome)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Content Syndication Head to drive content monetisation, expand distribution channels, and manage rights across OTT, television, and audio platforms. The role requires a strong network of content buyers and the ability to establish and grow relationships that maximise content value across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute content syndication strategies across OTT, television channels, and audio platforms.

Identify, negotiate, and manage rights deals (audio, TV, OTT) to maximise revenue and reach.

Monitor and analyse content performance to optimise monetisation opportunities.

Expand the network of content buyers, leveraging existing relationships (minimum of five known buyers preferred).

Collaborate with OTT managers, channel executives, and internal teams to drive distribution and monetisation plans.

Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements related to content rights and distribution.

Develop and execute expansion plans for content reach and revenue streams.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in content syndication, acquisition, or distribution (preferably across OTT, TV, and audio).

Established relationships with content buyers, OTT managers, and channel heads.

Strong understanding of content rights management, licensing, and monetisation models.

Ability to transition from freelancing/contract assignments to a permanent, full-time role.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad or Chennai.
