Role Overview

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our content and influencer marketing efforts. This role requires strategic vision, hands-on execution, and team leadership to elevate Shelly Jewels brand presence, drive engagement, and boost sales across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Shelly Jewels brand vision and business goals.
  • Create engaging content for websites, social media, email marketing, and other channels.
  • Identify, build, and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors aligned with our values.
  • Collaborate on influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Craft and communicate a cohesive brand story with consistent messaging and voice across platforms.
  • Manage social media channels to deliver high-quality, relevant content and engage the target audience.
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand aesthetics and messaging.
  • Use analytics tools to measure content and influencer campaign performance, optimizing strategies accordingly.
  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators and influencer managers, fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure efficient resource use and financial health.
  • Collaborate with product development to curate a compelling jewelry collection informed by industry trends.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with investors, suppliers, partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies to strengthen market positioning, brand image, and customer loyalty.
  • Oversee e-commerce operations to ensure a seamless online shopping experience and efficient supply chain processes.
  • Implement digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels in collaboration with the marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in content marketing and influencer management, ideally within e-commerce or luxury goods.
  • Strong grasp of social media trends, influencer marketing, and content creation strategies.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage creative teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
