Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Strategist Senior II to define, plan, and execute compelling content strategies across multiple digital channels. This role demands deep expertise in shaping brand voice, mapping content to the marketing funnel, and driving measurable business results through data-backed editorial planning. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to ensure every piece of content informs, engages, and converts.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Translate brand positioning into actionable editorial frameworks aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and manage long-form and short-form content calendars mapped to keyword intent and funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
  • Build and maintain tone, messaging, and style guidelines for consistent brand voice across formats.

Content Development & Optimization

  • Structure content with clear hooks, narrative arcs, and CTAs for engagement and conversion.
  • Guide writers and editors through structured review loops, templates, and feedback systems.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor benchmarking, and content audits using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and SurferSEO.

Collaboration & Campaign Execution

  • Work with SEO, design, and social media teams to ensure seamless cross-channel integration.
  • Optimize content performance using data insights from bounce rate, time on page, and conversion metrics.

Core Skill Set:

  • Proven expertise in content strategy, editorial planning, and performance optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research, content mapping, and funnel-based marketing.
  • Excellent research, writing, and editing skills with a sharp editorial sense.
  • Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, SurferSEO).
  • Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration for integrated campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Experience leading brand voice and messaging initiatives across digital platforms.
  • Prior background in performance-driven content marketing.

Must-Have Criteria:

  • 710 years of proven experience in content strategy and editorial planning.
  • Hands-on expertise in mapping content to TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU stages.
  • Strong command over SEO research and analytics tools.
