Content & Social Media Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Content & Social Media Executive who will own organic brand presence, social media content, and community engagement across platforms.

This role is ideal for someone creative, curious, and eager to build brands from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage daily activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Plan, schedule, and publish posts, reels, and stories

• Monitor DMs, comments, and engage with the community professionally

Content Planning & Execution

• Create content calendars aligned with campaigns and store activities

• Write captions, hooks, and short-form copy aligned with brand tone

• Coordinate with the designer for creatives and videos

• Cover in-store events, launches, workshops, and promotions

Brand Voice & Awareness

• Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms

• Track trends, hashtags, and competitor activity

• Assist in influencer collaborations and brand campaigns

• Work with the branding consultant to implement brand guidelines

Basic Reporting

• Track engagement, reach, and audience growth

• Share basic insights with the Marketing Head

• Suggest improvements based on content performance

Skills & Requirements

• Strong interest in social media and content creation

• Good communication and writing skills

• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video trends

• Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, ChatGPT, etc.

• Creative mindset with willingness to learn and grow

• Looking for a long-term role, not freelance or short-term work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
