Our goal is to support music artists' careers without them giving away their music rights.

Role Description

Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Content Quality Administrative Executive to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and platform compliance of digital music releases across various streaming services and music stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate music content (audio, metadata, artwork) before distribution.

• Ensure all digital releases meet the quality and format standards required by platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.

• Monitor and moderate content submissions for copyright issues, metadata inconsistencies, and policy violations.

• Communicate with artists, labels, and internal teams to rectify content issues and guide them on delivery standards.

• Maintain internal documentation and logs for quality checks and rejected content.

• Coordinate with distribution partners to resolve any ingestion or content-related problems.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Proficient in General Administration
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Computer and Office tools
• Experience 1-2 years in any field, music or entertainment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field
