Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Artist and Label Relations Manager, located in West Delhi. The Artist and Label Relations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with artists and record labels, coordinating music releases, and overseeing promotional campaigns. Day-to-day tasks will include managing communications, negotiating contracts, and ensuring artists are satisfied with the services provided. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and promote the success of the artists and labels we support. Role Description Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Content Quality Administrative Executive to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and platform compliance of digital music releases across various streaming services and music stores. Key Responsibilities • Review and validate music content (audio, metadata, artwork) before distribution. • Ensure all digital releases meet the quality and format standards required by platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc. • Monitor and moderate content submissions for copyright issues, metadata inconsistencies, and policy violations. • Communicate with artists, labels, and internal teams to rectify content issues and guide them on delivery standards. • Maintain internal documentation and logs for quality checks and rejected content. • Coordinate with distribution partners to resolve any ingestion or content-related problems.
