As a proactive Senior Associate at Dashverse, you will play a crucial role in supporting content programming and operations. Your responsibilities will include executing programming strategies, ensuring timely content delivery, and optimizing performance to effectively engage our audience. Dashverse is an early-stage startup supported by esteemed investors like Z47, Peak XV, and Stellaris. Our mission is to create a new creative ecosystem with innovative products such as Frameo.ai, Dashreels, Dashtoon Studio, and Dashtoon, all driven by generative AI technology. In this role, you will collaborate closely with content, marketing, and product teams to align programming strategies. You will be responsible for managing content metadata, rights, and contracts to ensure compliance. Tracking content performance and providing actionable insights will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will optimize content schedules based on performance data and audience insights, as well as assist in content scheduling to ensure timely delivery across the platform. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in content programming or operations within OTTs or the digital content space. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and content workflows is essential. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, an analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize content, and knowledge of content rights management and compliance are mandatory for this role. Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams are also crucial. Desirable skills for this position include experience with content analytics and audience tracking, knowledge of metadata management and content delivery, an understanding of programming trends and audience behavior, and the ability to manage relationships with external content providers. A passion for entertainment and content curation will be beneficial in excelling in this role.,
