Job Summary:

Content Moderator

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate content using various data sources and signal-based analysis to identify spam, abuse, or suspicious patterns on platforms like Google Maps.
  
• Review online content, including social media posts, advertisements, web pages, and videos, to determine policy compliance.
  
• Leverage insights from investigations to drive anti-abuse strategies and workflow improvements.
  
• Identify grey areas in content policy and raise them for further analysis and action.
  
• Flag or take appropriate action on content that violates guidelines.
  
• Contribute to team knowledge-building by documenting findings and promoting best practices.
  
• Stay updated with changes in content moderation policies and platform guidelines.
  
• Use sound judgment in handling sensitive content, while maintaining consistency and accuracy in decisions.
  

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs.
  
• Demonstrated stability and commitment to work long-term with the organization.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Comfortable reviewing a variety of content types, including potentially graphic or sensitive material.
  
• Basic understanding of content moderation, policy enforcement, or online platforms is a plus.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Open to

  Graduates and Undergraduates

  from any discipline.
• Prior experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
