Enforcement of Policies: Identifying and removing content that violates platform rules, including hate speech, harassment, illegal content, spam, scams, and other harmful or offensive material. Reporting and Escalation: Reporting suspicious or problematic content to appropriate teams for further review or action. User Report Handling: Addressing user reports of content violations, resolving disputes, and explaining moderation decisions to users. Policy Interpretation and Application: Understanding and applying platform policies and guidelines consistently and fairly. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with other teams (e.g., product, legal, engineering) to improve moderation tools, processes, and policies. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve content moderation workflows and effectiveness. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent English Language Skills: Strong comprehension and communication skills are essential for understanding and applying policies. Strong Critical Thinking and Judgment: The ability to assess content and make decisions about whether it violates policies.
