Key Responsibilities: - Understand user behavior online and identify what drives engagement, clicks, and user satisfaction. - Develop content strategies for a variety of projects including press releases, guidebooks, partnership campaigns, and new destination activations. - Create grammatically correct and captivating copy that aligns with the brand's tone and voice. - Conduct in-depth research to generate high-quality content. - Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven content decisions. - Demonstrate strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Collaborate with designers and video producers to create multimedia content. - Proficient in blog, social media, email, and video marketing. - Knowledgeable about online advertising metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPL. - Proficient in solving digital marketing challenges and enhancing user experience journey. - Manage Facebook, Google, and Instagram campaigns effectively. - Familiar with Google Analytics and can derive insights from the data. - Ideate and implement content marketing initiatives to boost traffic, engagement, leads, sales, and customer retention. - Oversee digital content hubs and social channels including email/newsletter distribution.
