Position: Senior Marketing Executive

Reporting To: Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic and digital marketing campaigns for packaging machinery
• Develop marketing collateral including brochures, videos, and presentations
• Plan and execute trade shows and customer engagement events
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy
• Manage social media platforms and lead generation activities
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and monitor campaign performance
• Collaborate with vendors and designers for creative deliverables

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business; MBA preferred
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B/industrial marketing, preferably in packaging or engineering sectors
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, Mailchimp
• Strong communication, creative thinking, and presentation skills
• Hands-on experience with MS Office, Canva, and Adobe Suite
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
