Job Description

Role & responsibilities:-

Coordinate end-to-end content projects between internal marketing teams and external creative/content agencies.
Draft clear, structured creative briefs based on stakeholder requirements across various marketing channels.
Ensure all content aligns with HPs brand tone, visual identity, and communication guidelines.
Support content needs across multiple verticals such as e-commerce, retail, product launches, digital ads, print, and social media.
Conduct quality checks on content assets to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
Provide actionable, brand-aligned feedback to agencies to enhance content output.
Track and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet predefined SLAs and deadlines.
Serve as the central communication link between internal stakeholders and agency partners, ensuring smooth workflow and alignment.

Preferred candidate profile:-

Minimum
6 years of experience
in content marketing, brand communication, or marketing coordination.
Should have worked in a
client-facing marketing role or with/within creative/content agencies
.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing content across
digital, print, retail, and social platforms
.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
High attention to detail and organizational ability.
Must be Gurgaon- based or willing to relocate.
