Position Overview

We invite Content Marketer / Technical Content Strategist to serve as the "intellectual engine" of our marketing team. This is not a role for a generalist copywriter; we need a strategist who can translate complex technical capabilities in AI, Cloud, and Enterprise transformation solutions into compelling B2B narratives for C-suite decision-makers in Banking, healthcare, and Manufacturing. You will own the end-to-end customer journey, from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion, ensuring our messaging aligns with our strategic growth in the US and UK/Europe markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Lead Funnel Ownership:

    Design and execute content campaigns (emails, social) specifically built to drive inbound lead generation, with a primary focus on generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Customer Journey Mapping:

    Own the narrative across all media and channels, ensuring a cohesive story from the first LinkedIn touchpoint to deep-dive technical webinars.
  • Editorial Calendar Management:

    Research industry trends on enterprise solutions to develop and own a 90-day rolling editorial calendar aligned with company growth sprints.
  • Heavy-Lifting Content Creation:

    Write authoritative "heavy-lifting" assets, including whitepapers, detailed case studies, executive-level blog posts, and webinar decks.
  • SEO for B2B Complexity:

    Optimize content for high-intent, long-tail keywords used by enterprise decision-makers (e.g., "enterprise insurance claims automation compliance").
  • Sales Enablement:

    Translate complex technical concepts into battle cards, one-pagers, email templates, and event collaterals that empower our sales team during the Go-To-Market process.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience:

    Up to 7 years of proven experience in B2B tech content marketing.
  • Proven Track Record:

    Must provide case studies demonstrating success in building and scaling inbound lead funnels that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Technical Aptitude:

    A technical background is highly preferred. If not from a tech background, candidates must demonstrate the "intellectual curiosity" to interview subject matter experts (SMEs) and extract deep technical insights.

Tools & Technology Stack

You will be expected to leverage and master our core marketing stack:

  • Research/SEO: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Alerts.
  • Content Production: tools like Jasper.ai (as a drafting accelerator).
  • Workflow: Asana (for editorial calendar and project management).
  • Analytics: HubSpot or GA for lead tracking and performance reporting.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated from gated content.
  • Organic search rankings for strategic technical solution keywords.
  • Successful delivery and engagement rates of the 90-day editorial calendar.
