Content Marketer - Product Marketing

Role Overview: As a Content Marketer at Keka, you will be responsible for creating customer-first, product-focused content that drives awareness, adoption, and trust. Your main focus will be on turning features into compelling stories, showcasing customer use cases to provide proof, and transforming product launches into impactful movements. You will collaborate with various teams to bring the content to life across different platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Create clear and creative content that supports product positioning, launches, and lifecycle initiatives. - Develop a variety of assets including blog posts, landing pages, playbooks, email copy, video scripts, customer stories, and internal documents. - Work closely with Product Marketing Managers to translate technical product features into user-friendly benefits. - Assist in creating content for product-led onboarding and lifecycle communications. - Collaborate with Visual Design team to enhance content and creative workflows for better quality output. - Coordinate with Demand Generation team on campaign content, web SEO structure, and repurposing strategies. - Evolve the brand voice of Keka to align with the company's growth stage. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in SaaS/B2B content marketing or editorial roles. - Ability to simplify technical product concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand content. - Strong portfolio demonstrating clarity, creativity, and alignment with business goals. - Proficient in grammar, structure, and storytelling techniques. - Experience working with Product Marketing Managers, Product, or Design teams is advantageous. - Basic understanding of SEO, content briefs, and web user experience.
