Job Description

As a Content Marketer at Keka, you will be responsible for creating customer-first, product-focused content that drives awareness, adoption, and trust. Your role will involve turning features into compelling stories, showcasing customer use cases, and contributing to impactful launches. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create clear and creative content that aligns with the product positioning and supports launches and lifecycle initiatives. - Develop various assets such as blog posts, landing pages, playbooks, email copy, video scripts, customer stories, and internal documents. - Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to simplify technical product concepts into user-friendly content. - Assist in developing content for product-led onboarding and lifecycle communications. - Work closely with the Visual Design team to ensure high-quality and engaging content. - Coordinate with Demand Generation for campaign content, SEO strategies, and content repurposing. - Contribute to evolving the brand voice of Keka to align with the company's growth stage. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-5 years of experience in SaaS/B2B content marketing or editorial roles. - Ability to translate complex product features into clear and engaging content. - Strong portfolio demonstrating clarity, creativity, and commercial relevance. - Proficiency in grammar, structure, and storytelling techniques. - Experience collaborating with Product Marketing, Product, or Design teams is a plus. - Basic understanding of SEO, content briefs, and web user experience. In this role, success will be demonstrated by your impact in the following dimensions: 1. **Customer & Product Storytelling:** - Crafting stories that showcase real-world outcomes of product features based on customer insights. - Publishing customer-focused content regularly in collaboration with Product Marketing Managers. - Generating measurable impact with launch content on web or product marketing pages. 2. **Lifecycle & Adoption Impact:** - Delivering content that drives increased feature usage or module activation. - Designing nurture series that enhance conversion to product usage or upsell attach. 3. **Sales & CX Content Utilization:** - Ensuring high utilization rates of core content assets by Sales and CX teams. - Creating content that streamlines product education for Sales and Support. 4. **Brand & Voice Consistency:** - Maintaining a consistent tone of voice across various channels. - Partnering with Design to create brand-aligned assets. 5. **Measurement & Iteration:** - Analyzing performance metrics regularly and iterating based on content effectiveness. - Conducting quarterly retrospectives to identify successful content strategies and areas for improvement.,
