As a Content Manager at Practice by Numbers in Gurgaon, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our content not only communicates effectively but also resonates with our audience, builds trust, and drives demand throughout the customer journey. Your responsibilities will extend beyond mere editing as you take charge of content workflows, manage timelines, review drafts, and ensure that every piece we publish aligns with our brand and business objectives. Working closely with the Head of Content & Design, you will collaborate with designers, the performance team, and product marketing to maintain a consistent and sharp content strategy. From blogs and newsletters to social media posts and videos, you will be instrumental in keeping our content engaging and on target. Key Responsibilities: - Edit and enhance AI-generated content for clarity and audience relevance - Manage blog and newsletter workflows from editing to publication - Craft original content such as ghostwritten articles and product stories - Develop engaging social media captions, email campaigns, and case studies - Assist in creating product video scripts and coordinating with design for visuals - Build and update landing pages using WordPress or HubSpot - Eventually take charge of tracking and reporting on content performance metrics In your role, you will regularly collaborate with the design team for visual content, work closely with performance marketing for ad copy, and utilize tools like WordPress, HubSpot, Ahrefs, GA4, and Google Docs to streamline your workflows. Additionally, you will use AI tools like ChatGPT to prompt and refine content. Your growth trajectory includes expanding into content calendar management, reporting, and performance optimization using tools like Ahrefs and GA4. You will also engage in cross-functional collaborations with Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams, explore new content formats, and potentially oversee freelancers and interns, paving the way for a leadership role. To excel in this role, you should bring at least 4 years of experience in content roles, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments. Strong editing skills, intermediate SEO knowledge, familiarity with publishing platforms like WordPress and HubSpot, and the ability to track performance and derive insights are essential.
