Job Description

Responsibilities

Carry out tasks and projects using the internal web portal of the firm. Take charge of the content life cycle, involving the creation, modification, archiving, and overall supervision of content management on the internal website.
Execute assigned tasks and projects with a commitment to high quality, adhering to defined timelines and scope.
Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Content Management principles and methodologies.
Collaborate with the team to generate, upload, and maintain web content according to established guidelines.
Take personal responsibility for assigned tasks, processes, or projects, ensuring self-management and timely communication. Update standard documentation as needed.
Actively engage in team discussions & contributing insights.
Identify and address customer needs, delivering work within specified timelines and adapting to evolving priorities.
Initiate the development of functional expertise or align with a specialized area of support.
Engage with stakeholders, both in-person and virtually, to comprehend their requirements and utilize them to enhance deliverables.

Skills

Effective communication skills, demonstrating proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
Displaying the capability to engage with multiple stakeholders and adeptly manage oneself in dynamic and complex situations.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Knowledge of Office 365 applications and collaboration platforms will be an advantage.
Meticulous attention to detail in tasks and projects.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
