• Partner with the growth team to test and refine creative that drives conversions.

• Oversee production requirements including shoots, reels, and design assets

  when needed.

Requirements

• 24 years of experience in digital content, creative strategy, or design.
• Strong understanding of

  new-age content formats such as UGC, reels, motion graphics, and memes.

• Proficiency in

  Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools

  , with a strong inclination toward AI experimentation.
• A natural storyteller with a creator's mindset and strong aesthetic sense.
