Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Create daily and weekly content calendars for website blogs, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, ensuring timely posting through tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
Uphold a consistent brand voice across all channels while crafting engaging captions, post copy, and scripts for YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, and short-form videos.
Upload and optimize content natively on each platform, aligning with SEO, hashtags, thumbnails, tagging, and other best practices.
Respond to comments, DMs, and queries, manage WhatsApp broadcasts/community groups, and monitor engagement to gather insights, FAQs, and sentiment trends.
Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rate, and follower growth, and report findings regularly.
Work closely with the marketing team to refine and enhance content strategies based on analytics and audience feedback.
