Content Developers / Teachers

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Development

  • Develop structured, curriculum-aligned digital learning content including lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, presentations, and activity-based modules.
  • Create multimedia-friendly content that fits LMS formatsvideos, interactive activities, quizzes, micro-learning units, and teacher notes.
  • Ensure all content aligns with

    CBSE, ICSE, or IGCSE standards

    and follows KIPPCA’s academic guidelines.
  • Research and incorporate modern pedagogical practices, real-life applications, and skill-based learning.
  • Work with SMEs and the Academics Head to refine, review, and enhance content quality.

2. Teaching & Delivery

  • Conduct classroom instruction or online sessions as per academic schedules.
  • Use innovative, student-centered teaching methods to ensure engagement and clarity.
  • Evaluate students through classwork, homework, assessments, and projects.
  • Provide personalized feedback and academic support where needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.

3. Collaboration & Academic Support

  • Work closely with the Academics Head to execute academic plans and ensure quality.
  • Coordinate with other teachers, SMEs, and content teams for timely delivery of academic materials.
  • Participate in academic audits, review cycles, and quality enhancement sessions.
  • Support in implementing blended learning models using the LMS.

4. Innovation & Digital Readiness

  • Contribute creative ideas for interactive learning modules, assessments, and activities.
  • Utilize digital tools, authoring platforms, and LMS features effectively.
  • Stay updated with educational technology trends and incorporate best practices in content design.
  • Adapt teaching methodologies to online and offline formats as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or relevant subject specialization.
  • Prior experience as a

    Teacher or Content Developer

    (minimum 2–4 years preferred).
  • Experience working with

    CBSE, ICSE, or IGCSE

    curriculum is mandatory.
  • Strong command over subject area with ability to simplify concepts for learners.
  • Familiarity with digital content creation and LMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
