Job Description

1. Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills Ability to design logical, multi-step reasoning questions. Strong problem-solving skills to create questions that evaluate deductive and inductive reasoning. 2. Verbal Reasoning and Language Proficiency Excellent command of English to design analogies, comprehension passages, and vocabulary-based questions. Understanding of nuanced meanings, idiomatic expressions, and word relationships. 3. Logical and Deductive Reasoning Competence in creating syllogisms, coded messages, and logical sequences to test critical thinking. Ability to develop ā€œif-thenā€ statements and puzzles that challenge studentsā€™ deductive reasoning skills. 4. Numerical Reasoning Ability to logically process, analyse and interpret numerical data and patterns. Understanding of Data Interpretation, Problem solving, Critical thinking, Basic arithmetic operations, percentages, ratios, Patterns, Money, Time, Probability, Geometry, measurement and Algebra.
