We aim to blend tradition with contemporary trends through captivating content and strong community engagement. Role Overview We are looking for a creative and confident Content Creator who is passionate about women's ethnic fashion and understands how to captivate and grow audiences across social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook. If you’re camera-friendly, up-to-date with trends, and can translate brand stories into visual content, we’d love to have you on our team. Key Responsibilities Develop and produce engaging reels, posts, and short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. Stay on top of the latest social media trends, challenges, and platform algorithm updates . Conceptualize and pitch fresh content ideas that align with Silchic’s brand voice, style, and audience . Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns. Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure content is delivered on time with a high standard of quality. Requirements Strong understanding of social media trends , content formats, and platform best practices. Creative mindset with a flair for fashion — especially Indian ethnic styles. Confidence in front of the camera and ability to ideate and shoot independently. Prior experience in content creation, video editing, and social media management is preferred. Good communication skills , time management, and attention to detail. Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory) Familiarity with video editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar. Basic knowledge of photography or graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop). Experience with fashion styling or product showcasing . Why Join Us?
