Job Description

We are seeking a Content Creator with experience in social media content development , scriptwriting , and on-camera anchoring . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment and is confident both behind the scenes and in front of the camera. Key Responsibilities Develop engaging and original content ideas tailored for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Write compelling scripts for reels, ads, and brand videos Anchor/host videos, interviews, and brand content pieces Collaborate with the creative and video team to shoot and edit content Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor content Maintain content calendars and deliver work on deadlines Ensure brand voice and consistency across all content formats Requirements Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a content creator, anchor, or scriptwriter Strong command over English and Malayalam (both written and spoken preferred) Hands-on experience in social media content planning and development Confident on-camera presence with clear communication and presentation skills Creative thinking and ability to adapt content for different platforms Basic knowledge of video creation tools is a plus Degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, or related field is preferred What We Offer Opportunity to work on exciting and diverse client projects Creative freedom and professional growth Collaborative and energetic work culture Competitive compensation based on experience Career development opportunities and training support How to Apply Send your resume, content samples or portfolio, and a short self-introduction video (if available) to hr@techsche.com with the subject: Application for Content Creator Role .
