Content Creator - Social Media

About the role

We’re looking for a young, energetic, creative Content Creator who lives and breathes Instagram. Someone who understands 18–35 travel audiences, loves ideating on trends, and can execute content end-to-end — from scripts to shoots to reels to captions.
This role is for someone who wants full ownership of a fast-growing travel brand’s Instagram and wants to create content that millions of young travellers engage with. You will be the face of brand across social media If you do it right you will also get opportunities to travel on our group trips and create content in different countries across the globe.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Ideation

• Build monthly and weekly Instagram content calendars.

• Identify trends, hooks, reel formats and opportunities for virality.

• Plan content buckets (trips, behind-the-scenes, founder stories, testimonials, podcasts, itinerary teasers, UGC etc.).

2. Content Creation (Execution)

• Write reel scripts, hooks, and voiceover lines.

• Record reels, talking videos, POV content, and voiceovers.

• Shoot raw footage as per concepts (phone camera is enough).

• Create basic Canva graphics (stories, posts, announcements)

• Coordinate with external editors to get polished, high-quality final videos.

3. Instagram Management

• Daily posting, scheduling, tagging, captions, story uploads.

• Respond to comments, DMs (non-sales), and engage with followers.

• Stay updated on IG algorithm changes and best practices.

• Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice & visual identity.

4. Collaboration & Growth

• Work closely with video editors to deliver polished final edits

• Give clear briefings, references, and feedback to editors

• Repurpose content for ads when needed.

• Ensure final content matches brand tone and storytelling style

• Take complete ownership of performance — reach, engagement, saves, shares.

5. Travel Content (Bonus Opportunity)
If performance is strong, you get to travel on our trips across multiple countries to create content for our social media.

Requirement:

• Must be willing to relocate to Jaipur for a full-time on-site role.

• Minimum 6-8 months of experience in content creation.

• Strong understanding of Instagram and social media behaviour.

• Comfortable being on camera

• Strong storytelling, conceptualisation, and communication skills.

• Ability to plan, strategise, and execute content independently.
